Our 7 year old daughter was supposed to finish a cooking class at 7:15. The class must’ve ended at 7-7:05 pm because driving there to pick her up, we happen to see her down the street about 1 mile away. If we did not see her on the street, we would have missed her. She could have been kidnapped, hit by a car or killed. We went to the City Hall and the city Council and they referred us to Candice Cheung Who is the assistant manager. She offered no empathy, no policy change, no front desk workers to watch if children leave the facility, no security guards, no sign in or sign out sheets. Nothing. It was useless to speak to her.
