"The Devil Boat" is the conning tower of the nuclear submarine USS Hawkbill (SSN-666). The nick name was inspired by the hull number. This is sort of an unusual site, it is in a small local park with just the conning tower sticking out of the ground. They also have a torpedo nearby.
