Since 2019 this stores quality has seriously went down, from 4 &5 year old Jam, fermented juice, consistently bad produce, the management doesn't seem to care, they offer all the excuses in the world , but absolutely no accountability. Recently I purchased lighthouse dressing. Salad fixings, salmon and made a salad. Poured that dressing on my salad and took a bite. The dressing was rancid, I vomited, and as a result had to throw my entire meal away. The next day I took it back to the store with my receipt. I explained what happened to only get a shrug from Bud, he took it walked into the office and disappeared for a half hr. He came out walked right passed me like I wasn't even there. So I followed him expecting at least an apology, something. Yet nothing, another lady came out I again explained the situation. And yes I wanted everything that I had to throw away replaced. They said that Zina would call me when she got. Back in. A week goes by no call. I went in the store to purchase a few items and while I was there I asked for Zina, she came out blamed her employees, blamed me because I didn't look at that date, then proceeded to tell me she called the warehouse and found out that shipment left the warehouse in September!!!! I immediately said You're telling me it's been on the shelf since September!!! She turned and said no you bought it somewhere else! I replied I bought it here and you have my receipt. She then told me that I just didn't like the store, I didn't like her, because I have made complaints. I told her Zina I have brought issues of slimy cucumbers, moldy zucchini, fermented juice, etc because your the manager it's your job. She said my employees make mistakes, I said everyone does, but this is a consistent problem and it is your job to train your employees properly and to go behind them and check up on them to ensure they are doing their Job correctly. She kicked me out told me I am not welcome back. The issue is you might provide a service, your customers pay your bills. Thank you for sending me to Ivies in Mackay. They have quality products that aren't moldy expired. What if it was someone who was older that had COVID and couldn't taste that dressing and ate it all? That could have made someone seriously sick and possibly worse and all you can do is make excuses! You do not deserve this communities support because you don't care about those who are paying your bills! Quit telling your employees lies about me, saying I caused a scene I didn't even raise my voice! But I did call you out on your bullshit excuses, and that your scared I'll plant mice in your store to get you shut down. Not even the mice would want to eat that nasty crap you sell! What will get you shut down is keeping expired food on your shelf because part of it still looks edible and spreading lies can get you a defamation of character law suit. Food inspectors should be visiting you regularly. Not to mention anyone shopping there should also be aware of the sale prices not going down but often higher than the regular prices. Watch the register as you check out, check all dates, look at all sale prices and match them up to the actual prices on the shelves because they won't refund you they will 86 you. Go to Ivies in Mackey where the produce is pristine and will last more than a day in your fridge as well as better prices.Not to mention the friendly...

This store steals from their customers. I went in to do some shopping. I have arterial pulmonary hypertension and cannot breath well. So I was shopping decided against something I got outta a fridge or freezer and just set it down as I was starting to struggle worse on breathing. I then went to get the last couple things I needed. I expected that their employees walk around their store and find things out of place. If they find something that spoils then they handle that through their business and manufacturer or insurance whatever it is stores do when things spoil. Anyway I came in a week later and they knew who I was by the surveillance on me they had. As if I tried to steal it. In fact they then proceeded to make me pay for that item I never left the store with. They are theives and dont even know the Idaho Consumer Protection Act and the laws that clearly state them charging me for and item I left in their store. If it spoiled thats to bad. Should've had your employees do their job. Being I was being surveilled they should've got it an put it away immediately. Them.not doing their job watching me to they purposely let it spoiled and then a week later charge me for it thow I never got the item. These people need to be held accountable. They next person I contact will be Butte Falls State Attorney for consumer protection complaint on this buisness, the FTC and any other place I can find to rectify this situation. This store are theives. Watch out shopping there. These people will be held accountable one way or another. They have other avenues of remedy but stole my money instead. Sick awful people and business practices. One of their remedies would be a civil law suit against me. Not stealing my money. Charging for an item I chose not to purchase. Terrible!!! Terrible customer service, rude, unaccomidating, way to overpriced for what it is.. Somebody should have an inspecter go out there to see how poor of quality lack of standards their rotten food , rotten fruit, outdated food, lack of keeping things in stock like baby food baby formula, very important things to have on hand when you are the only people for 60 miles who carry those things.. ! Rude rude rude nasty people the owners the wrokers I had a few incounters wkth they think they are always right there is no room for any agreement. But most importantly their rotten food and their comment about their rotten food was they are not responsible for their continual selling of rotten food and buy it at your own risk was their explanation to their problem! They also sell food that sits out for days and days refried more than once is what it seems, totally discusting! I would imagine there are several people who get sick from their food. I am banned from going to their store without even a conversation with the owner or anyone else there because of someone else who went to the store and rumors.. So , I do not agree with their business at all.. Very rude know it all not willing to change people. Think they are always tight but they are very wrong and crooked.
