Terrible, Terrible place to go!! Nathan does not care about you or if you're taken care of properly, as long as he gets a good profit. He is very rude and inconsiderate when he doesn't get his way. If your tires go flat after leaving his shop--which happened to many previous customers--Nathan doesn't care! If you come back with a complaint--he'll tell you to leave his property. And when you buy parts from Nathan, Nathan doesn't warn you about his 50% RETURN FEE!!! Nathan would only give me 50% of buying cost for a starter I never even took out of the package. Besides, Nathan charged $100 more than what I could have bought it for online! Nathan could have returned the starter for 100% full recovery, instead, by demanding 50% Return Fee, it's one of the many dishonest ways Nathan makes money on his customers. Nathan sold me a tire 3 years ago that was apparently a brand name, but it was a knock-off tire with that quality name; the tire didn't have anywhere near the quality of nor the proper tread-design of the regular name-brand tire. I was clearly ripped off and I went back and Nathan didn't care. I never should have gone back!! I don't believe that anyone gets a good deal at Nathan's. You are ALWAYS over-paying and receiving poor quality workmanship. Nathan has a snively, rude, inconsiderate attitude if you have a problem. He'll even lie and say I never saw you here. Nathan could care less about you once you've paid. I've heard so many high-priced, poor service stories about Nathan's. I'm upset with myself that I went back there to buy a starter. The stories about Nathan's Service just sounded too terrible to believe; but no, Nathan's Service is a poor choice whenever you need anything for your car. Ask him about his 50% Return Fee when buying his bad parts or bad tires. Nathan doesn't know good parts from bad parts, or he's conscious of it but doesn't care about ripping you off. And it's not just about his ripping you off that's the worst part of it, it's Nathan's snively, rude, uncaring attitude about it. However, Dalton, one of his workers there is a honest and good person--if he's still there. And Nathan does sell good gas, I've never had a problem with his gas there. But go in there and ask him about his 50% Return Fee and you'll see that rude look on his face. It's much better to try and make it to Fred & Wayne's Tires in Idaho Falls on Yellowstone Hwy....

I have been to Nathan's twice now. Each time I was quoted one price but when it was time to pay it was a couple hundred more. I didn't add or change anything to the service he was supposed to be doing. When I questioned it I was told that's just how it is and if I wanted to take my quad or My vehicle home I was going to pay that price. I was completely confused and caught off guard by not only the price but the terrible customer service I received. I own a business and I have managed a few as well, the treatment that I got there was completely unacceptable. I don't agree with "the customer is always right" thing but when you tell me a price I expect it to be that price. I would also expect to be treated with mutual respect, which I did not. I try and do most of my business in town or close to town to keep the money in our towns. Unfortunately, Nathan's will not be a place I will be returning to. The belittling and rude attitudes were a complete disgust. Customers keep your doors open, you should...

Cody loaned me a charger to take back to the hotel to keep the battery charged in the event I tried to ride it to Idaho Falls - I ended up renting a trailer from Nathan instead and yet another stranger towed the bike for me. Great people in that town.
I can't say enough about how kind everyone who worked there was as I was stuck for five days waiting to have the bike worked on in Idaho Falls. Cody, Nathan, Butch, and the young lady who worked the counter - thank you all very much. That type of kindness means a great deal to a stranger...
