Believe Meadery — Attraction in Argyle

Up and coming meadery in an industrial area. A little hard to find at first, but worth it. The mead is dry (not sweet) and runs at about 6% alcohol, with multiple flavors to choose from, with new flavors in the works for future rotations . The owner has been making mead for years and has a very good product. No artificial flavors are used and his product is gluten free. You can do tastes, flights, or order a full pour. Owner was very nice & atmosphere was great. My husband went in to try a flight from the taps & I said I would pass due to sulfites. Owner stated his mead is sulfite free, so I tried. On the way home it was clear it had high sulfite ppm, massive regrets. Thanks for the 24hr+ migraine.
