Unfortunately the customer service / return policy / store credit seems to be unorganized and complicated. It was only after returning an item for store credit that I realized they send it as a discount code vs. a true store credit. This unfortunately means even if you’re buying multiple items you cannot use any other discount codes you have and you can’t qualify for free shipping unless you spend $89 after using your store credit. This seemed odd to me and I sent an email asking about it but it’s been a week and a half and I still haven’t heard back. At this point I would’ve rather returned the item for my money back but unfortunately when you choose that option they don’t return the full amount back to your card.
