I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite being referred by my community neighbors, the experience was far from what I expected. I was charged 1.5 hours of travel time for a technician who spent exactly 25 minutes on-site. This charge was never communicated to me, and I was not informed that travel time would be considered service time. Had I known, I would have chosen a local technician and avoided this entire situation.
To make matters worse, the technician initially quoted $290, which he confirmed on his mobile device. However, the final bill inexplicably increased by $90. When I questioned this, the company failed to provide a reasonable explanation and refused to honor the original quote.
After raising my concerns, the company offered me a 15% discount, but only if I paid the bill by the end of the day. This felt like coercion, forcing me to make a payment under pressure. To avoid any further debate and trouble, I reluctantly paid the amount they demanded.
This entire experience reeks of miscommunication, unfair billing practices, and poor customer service. If you’re considering using this service, be wary of hidden charges, unexpected price hikes, and pressure tactics. I will not be using their services again and cannot recommend them to others.

   Read moreToday I have availed this team's services to install three pendant lights and three fans. The labor charge seems fair. But for material, they charged a very hefty amount of $250 for 15 meters of electrical wire, two junction boxes, and two switchboards. And they still need to give a receipt.
And on top of that, one of the pendant junction brackets they directedly fixed on the ceiling drywall. Immediately after they left the workplace, I noticed the above point and requested them to re-install on joists. But they said it would be an extra cost. Even though I was ready to pay, they stopped avoiding my calls.
I have given it two stars because the electrician is a veteran. And the person whom I contacted, Ryan is very tricky. He responded till I made the payment, and then he stopped taking my calls. I don't recommend them. This team & company is taking advantage of the customers.

   Read moreThese folks are awesome. Some light switches and outlets stopped working in a bedroom and bathroom. I called Ryan’s cell (service manager) and he picked up immediately. Said he could have someone out that afternoon. Anthony and River (apprentice) got here on the dot. Anthony got to trouble shooting and chasing the issue. It wasn’t the breaker. It wasn’t a faulty switch. It was a tiny nic in the insulation of a wire that then roughed the ground wire causing the breaker to trip. No way could I figure that out. They solved the mystery, put everything back perfectly and were very nice to talk to.
I HIGHLY recommend 308 Solutions Group. Talk to Ryan and ask for Anthony. Maybe you’ll get his apprentice River too. Nice to see folks learning these valuable trade skills....
