Read moreMy first time that I ever made it to the grandest canyon of them all, The Grand Canyon National Park!!! The beauty of this area is so unique & out of this world! I visited this park on August/15/2021. I didn’t have enough time to explore the park and I didn’t even have my hiking boots. Although I couldn’t hike much, but it didn’t disappoint me at all. I took a long walk on the most popular trail at the South Rim, The Yayapai Point via Rim Trail near The Yayapai Lodge. It is an amazing place to set up for a wonderful view of the sunset. Parking is readily available and the Point itself is easily accessible, while most of this trail is paved. It looks out to the east and has a lot of areas ideal for sitting, relaxing and watching the sun disappear behind the red horizon. It was truly a mesmerizing view of the canyons from the Mather Point Amphitheater display deck. It is an incredible place to watch the sunset and still see such a spectacular views of The Grand Canyon landscapes! I've had the pleasure of seeing it! What a marvelous piece from the "Gods of Creation"... There really are no words that can go and describe it completely... Even pictures do not do justice to this majestic place. Everyone should consider coming here at least once in their lifetime as you won't...
