Did a family trip of 4. Stayed in a room with two bunk beds with queen bottom bunks and twin top bunks.

For what we paid for the rooms, the stay was fine. The sockets were loose, the shower was too sensitive to hot water adjustments, the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable... But the room was a great deal.

We got the breakfast package, where you get a free breakfast at the lodge dining hall. That was well worth it, the dining hall breakfast is great. I wouldn't recommend the dining hall for lunch or dinner though, it's bad overpriced, and the tavern is cheaper and better.

Service wise, the staff were all amazingly polite, and determinedly helpful in every single interaction I had with them.

And in terms of location, like... It's the Grand canyon. If you need me to tell you that it's lovely, idk what to say. Look up pictures....

Not happy with this place 1. No signs at the entrance to all the lodges if you are following sat nav. 2. We went to pick up some shopping.at the store after finally finding were to check in, and a big store it is. We wanted some milk. And no milk to have appart from bloody oat milk .3. we went to find our room nxt. Eventually found it but compared to were we have been staying over the last four days this jas to be the worst shower is very dated we have an adjoining door to the next room and can hear everything . Location is good but we will not be back staying here again second rate just what you need when you have had a four...

I had to book this one to avoid the delay i heard sometimes occurs at park entrance. 4 nights $900. I would strongly suggests if you can and prefer driving back after seeing sunset or stargazing, book hotel outside the park. There are nice hotels with breakfast and 24 hrs coffee. There are fast food restaurants too outside. At yavapai lodge, rooms and beds are ok. Ac vents had lot of visible dirt. Wall and floor are not that great, i used to hear ppl walking and talking from the room above. Plenty of parking outside of the room. You have to carry things thru stairs. No microwave but There is...

Excellent place to stay inside the park, you can walk to most of the destination or ride a bus. The rooms are remodeled, and the common area has that rustic look and feel. Inside the room the sink wash area is outside of the bathroom that is good if you have a big family. They also provide an iron press, locker, fridge and TV, and mattresses are a bit jumpy but I slept like a baby after hiking to Havasupai Gardens!!! You can also view the sky and be able to see the stars and planets that you can't see from the city. There is no microwave in the room. Overall this is a very good hotel or Lodge.
