Bramble Pie Company — Attraction in Atascadero

Emilie at Bramble is a baking expert! We absolutely love her creations, and you cannot go wrong with anything coming out of her kitchen. My wife and I wanted to provide our wedding guests with something unique and delicious and bought over a dozen+ pies from Bramble for our fall wedding. We went with a classic apple and a lime cream pie. The apple was extremely fresh, not overly sweet with firm and tender apple filling. The crust is without a doubt some of the best I've ever had on a pie. The lime cream was phenomenal and to date is one of my favorite pies.

While Bramble was just opened recently, it is my favorite place to go already. They use local farmers for their products and as they grow are adding new items often which offers variety for every type of customer. While I love every treat I've tried from them, my favorite are the personal sized pies.
