Edited review to reflect my disappointment with my second trip: I had difficulty reaching someone on the phone, so I sent a FB message to check availability. Evidently something was lost in translation, and when I sent a message that I was on my way to bring my dog after returning home to get him from work and getting in some traffic, I was sent a message back that they couldn’t take him that day. I had originally asked if I could bring him in around 10, and they told me yes. I sent the message about 10 or 15 minutes after 10, and they wouldn’t accommodate me; they said it was too late. When I related that it was going to be very difficult for me to turn back to bring him home because I did have to get back to work, they offered me the option of paying for daycare!! Frustrating to say the least. I understand that many people don’t like to use the phone, but I believe with a business it is necessary because of misunderstandings like this that could’ve easily been cleared up with a phone call. I’m happy that their business is doing well, but I feel like maybe it’s doing so well that customer service isn’t as important as it should be. They should remedy that quickly, because there’s lots of eager competition in the area.

While I'm giving 5 stars I would make a recommendation that the owner update the flyer to avoid confusion. My story... I called to make reservations 2-3 weeks ago and spoke with Jennifer. We talked at length about various topics from shots to time outside. She mentioned that we could pick up on Sunday and I had said this would be great as most places do not have Sunday pick up which could save me $35+. Apparently there was a slight miscommunication or I should have probed further. If you pick up on Sunday, they still charge you the $35+ per night fee for Sunday. Had I know this I wouldn't not have rushed and CXLd a few plans to get my pup picked up; rather, I would have picked up Monday morning. Looking at the flyer it does say per-day and not per night. The owner clarified that pick up before 10am is required to avoid another full-day charge. It would be nice to add this to the flyer. Also, like all other kennels/boarding, you will have to pay for Sunday, but at least this place gives you the ability to pick up, if needed, which I do appreciate.

Good: very clean, daily dog updates with photo(s), pleasant staff, they let you bring toys from home, Sunday pick up, accommodating business hours, multiple outdoor play times, my dog came home happy, they use modern tech, pricing was very reasonable
