I’m requesting that you please reach out to me as soon as possible regarding the conduct of certain staff members in your office. My recent interactions have been extremely unprofessional, and I believe this behavior is damaging to the business you’re trying to run.
Rather than answering my questions with professionalism and courtesy, I was met with a negative attitude, raised voice, and eventually had the phone hung up on me. When I called back, my calls were not answered. On a separate occasion, I was instructed to come into the office at a specific time, which caused me to miss work, only to find that the same staff member I was scheduled to meet was not there.
This is not the level of customer service I expect from State Farm, especially as a long-time customer. I ask that you review the recent call recordings so you can hear exactly what happened. If this is the standard of service being provided at this location, I would like to discuss transferring my policy to another State Farm office.

Read moreI have been a member of State Farm since 1993 and have only filed 2 claims since then. One for a burglary/theft and the other was a roofing claim. This guy is my 4th agent in 32 years and quite frankly I’m not sure who is worst him or the black chick I had before him. Needless to say I’m going to be moving forward because he just COLLECTS and raises your homeowner premiums with zero explanation by adding stuff you never requested (because he doesn’t even send you a not or pick up the phone to call with explanation). I have been with him for only a few years but each I have saw My insurance be raised $600 annually. He doesn’t even know if my house is still standing but has no problem assessing ridiculous amounts without explanation. I tried to increase my deductible and lower persona properties but his sorry office would not oblige and he doesn’t even speak to you directly. Today (June 5th) is the only day I was able to get ahold of Zach despite texts, calls, email. Please see screenshots. The person saying our apologies was Johnekka. Not Zach. Zach Cravens is not an insurance agent you want to take on. I reached out for weeks and weeks on end. He never got back to me. I even had his office personal send me an email stating that I had been making multiple attempts to contact him. I then finally get ahold of him today to get information about my renters insurance and to confirm the policy would be canceled and he said call us back the day of..... I said sir you have not gotten back to me at all so that does not make me feel very confident. I do not recommend this insurance agent at all.
