This was really depressing. I went to hike the falls but was too hot so I decided to dip in this area. I’ve never been to a river this littered and covered in trash. I can’t believe how much trash there was. I also found a few diapers in different spots going north of the river. Please people please please pack out your trash. This is awful. I hope the residents and city of Auburn can take more responsibility keeping this area clean. I picked up this huge bag of trash.

A very good place for a family holiday. It is a suitable place for entertainment and swimming, for children. It is recommended to arrive as early as possible on hot summer days, as parking may be difficult.

Epic spot to swim, jump off high rocks and float in a raft down the river. On a hot day this place is perfect! Be sure to get there early on the weekends because parking is tough if you’re in a motorhome 🚌

AS OF RIGHT NOW MY GIRLFRIEND HAS A MISSING FAMILY MEMBER THAT WAS LAST SEEN JUMPING INTO THE WATER FROM ONE OF THE TALLER ROCKS ON 5/11/17 AT APRX 3PM. SEARCHES BY AIR AND LAND HAVE TURNED UP NOTHING. HE IS A 20 YEAR OLD MALE WITH A LIGHT DARK COMPLECTION OF ASIAN/ISLANDER ETHNICITY, HIS HEIGHT IS 5'10, APRX 160 LBS, BLACK CURLY HAIR, BROWN EYES, AND HIS NAME IS RAYMOND. UPDATE (5/16/23): Great spot to swim in and cool off from the scorching weather. Big caution signs showing “The current this year is deadly, stay out and stay alive!”. I was juiced to hop in but unfortunately the current was strong & park rangers were parked on standby just incase. You can swim in but be careful, I wouldn’t recommend it.
