This was our first time buying a house so literally everything was new and foreign to us! She never failed to reply to emails, texts, and phone calls when we were frustrated or discouraged with the process. We bought a house that was already under construction so we had to wait a bit for the closing/move in. During our first walk through she found, noted, and took photos of things she found that needed to be fixed or finished. It took weeks to get the builder to fix what should have been done before we moved in but it was not for lack of Tracey trying!
