Been a customer here for years worked with awesome people UNTIL TODAY! Whoever this Desmond person is definitely doesn’t know how to do his job much less talk to people especially LONG TIME LOYAL customers I’ve spent thousands and borrowed thousands at times always paid my past due items I went in and “BOSSMAN” who said he fired the whole last crew didn’t even try to work with me I was there to pick up 2 of my rings while dropping one off that I bought there a year ago I was told if I buy jewelry at that location I could get half of what I paid for it as a pawn and this guy look as me and starts being loud and on a high horse saying I can’t get half and started a rant as soon as I asked for the REAL MANAGER and REAL BUSINESS MAN “Raymond Amadeo” ray was tough but knew good business when he saw it and always knew how to talk to customers good n bad somebody check this guy and bring back RAY! I have thousands of dollars in jewelry there and at this point I rather let it all go and take my money else were where they treat LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMERs with respect! I drive from Beverly Hills to this location 100% because of the communication and good service Raymond brought to any location he was at! I regret it has to end this way but maybe the REAL owners can do something about this problem until then DONT come here there going to low ball you! Got an offer on a 1976 Rolex 1530 watch for 11k from Avalon Pawn Shop a few months ago. maybe it's greed that I was hoping to get a better deal so I didn't take that offer. I saw Azusa Mega have lots good google reviews so thinking to give this place a try today. not too long after I arrived an older gentleman was kind enough to help me. He then told me it's a "fake" after he examined with the magnifying glass looking like a "Pro". I was ready to take back the watch and simply walk out of there. Then he said give him a minutes to check online so I thought maybe he just not familiar with this model, so I handed him the watch and told him what this is.
