Broening Park — Attraction in Baltimore

This Park is located right next to Harbor Hospital. When going north bound on Rt. 2 simply turn right after the Harbor Hospital entrances. There is a get large parking lot, that is free. I am guessing a lot of hospital employees park here based on how crowded the lot was. There have two boat ramps, two small piers for docking your boat or fishing. Additionally a little lookout pier with four benches. You get a beautiful view of the Hanover Street Bridge from here. Everyday you will get a good view of the Under Armour headquarters across the water. Additionally, there is the Maryland Vietnam Memorial at the top of the park closer to the street. It has names of many Marylanders that died in Vietnam. From the park you can also get in the Star Spangled Trail. This beautiful trail is right on the water and is surrounded by big trees in both sides. You get great views on downtown, while having a nice shade and cool breeze from the water.
