Clifton Park — Attraction in Baltimore

It's a great park with a lot of space to have many events, such as games, cookouts, festivals, concerts, etc. Baltimore have a lot of historical history and I'm sure this park has some amazing past. The only problem is maintenance haven't been done probably in months or even years, there's trash everywhere, softball fields need touch up, and bring back the color of the grass. I know the state is working very hard to make Baltimore a nicer place, ever need extra pair of hands to help with restoring Clifton Park I'm willing to help out for nothing.. Clifton Park Golf Course is a municipal 18 hole golf course nestled in the heart of east Baltimore. Starting with a 500+ yard uphill par 5, the course will challenge you from the 1st hole to the 18th. Elevation changes are common, and the greens are deceptive.

An interesting feature of the course is that the front nine is NOT out and back. The 9th and 10th holes are out in the neighborhood, and youvwont have the option of ducking into the proshop for a drink, bite, or "relief". Take care of that before you start your round.

Love Clifton Park which was the philanthropist/merchant Johns Hopkins estate. His historic home is in the park and currently undergoing preservation renovations. The park itself contains a municipal golf course,ball fields, recreation center,two schools ,one of which has been acquired by Morgan State University for its Southern Campus. It also has an amphitheatre that is closed for future renovations , basketball courts ,tennis,courts and a playground ,plus nice open space and beautiful views of downtown Baltimore.
