Alsafa Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

I have been ordering from this spot since 2024 I always order the exact same thing when I do as of lately they have gotten my order wrong numerous times and delivery takes over 1 1/2 and they expect for you to still pay and want cold food. I tell them what I want on my salad and they don’t give me what I asked for and put stuff that wasn’t supposed to go on my food. And today is what did it for me I ordered a turkey club with onion rings told them I don’t want the French fries that comes with it but to upcharge me for the onion rings my food gets delivered I get French fries that are cold old and not what I requested I called the driver because I paid for onion rings and waited over a hour for them to give me food that was eaten out of and had open mozzarella sticks red sauce. This place will never get my money again. Customer service is terrible delivery drivers are always intoxicated high and not talking about weed high one of the delivery drivers was so high he ran into a pole and took over 3 hours to deliver the food and thought I was going to pay for it. I ONLY HAD ONE CONCERN! I DID NOT ASK NOR , NEED ANY FORM OF PAYMENTS. I DID NOT CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE CONSIDERATE TO COME TO YOUR RESTAURANT DIRECTLY. I’ve ordered plenty of times. AS STATED PREVIOUSLY!! Every person I spoke to, said it looks like a PARISTE!! I dont care. I don’t eat here anymore. OK let me first start by saying . I actually feel the owners a nice guy. However, my last experience was less than satisfactory. My order was chicken and shrimp over rice. After eating a good portion . I realized that there was a bug or parasites in my food.. I returned the leftover portion to the restaurant and tried to explain to the restaurant owner , who almost immediately accused me of thievery. I never came in and ask for anything. I just wanted to tell them what had occurred. Absolutely did not appreciate it, as I patron their business often. I even showed him a picture of what a Maggot or some other parasite, and he told me that it was “basmati “rice. I’ve heard that before at other restaurant’s but, that’s not how it looked in my meal container. I just wanted to bring it to his attention. I will never eat from this...

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2023, ordering from here at least 2–3 times a week. Yesterday, I ordered two large pizzas that were delicious, as usual. However, today’s order was completely different. As soon as I started eating the pizza, I noticed a strong ammonia-like taste—similar to the smell of Pine-Sol. I even asked my 6-year-old and 17-year-old to taste it, and both agreed it tasted strange.

I’ve only had one previous issue here (with soggy, overly soft lake trout), but today’s situation was handled poorly. When I called to report the problem, the staff acted as if I was just trying to get a free meal, showed no concern about the bad pizza, and spoke with an attitude—laughing when I mentioned we still tried to give it the benefit of the doubt.

At first, I simply wanted to make them aware of the problem, but after being belittled, I requested a refund. I will not be spending another dollar here. Customers matter, and without us, there is...
