The picture on the outside of the building is charming! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. There are plenty of computers. wifi for customers with their own devices, a fax and copier available for public use. The branch is always clean, accessible (located at the Penn North subway stop) CVS and Subway are directly across the street.
