❌DONT USE YOUR CARD HERE❌ After being a customer of Michelle for years, she always had my lashes on point. She has loss a loyal client. Her bank charged my account 2 times after I paid her in cash. She stated her card machine wasn't working. I understand things happen, But Michelle has done nothing to resolve this matter. 2 claims had to be filed with my bank. I'm still waiting for the investigation to be complete on 2 credit purchases that I didn't sign for. This is not how you do business. The better business bureau has been contacted. NO STARS! My nails always crack, split and break. This place is a hit or miss. I called and made an appointment with Michelle. I received a particular time and when I arrived....She pawned me off on another technician who did her job. I requested a design that would have to be completed by the owner (Michelle) and she questioned my nail size and discouraged me from getting my original design. So I didn't get it. This place is over priced for standard work. Sad that the customer service and nail work has diminished...
