This is a family beach and looks like they restrict usage during the summer months to local residents only. As there are signs everywhere. It was off season this past weekend when I was there. My family about 15 of us came here to take time for our goodbyes after a lovely weekend wedding of my niece . There were many local residents here and they were kind to us. If you have dogs bring their leashes and be respectful as it's a nice group of people and it feels like they are welcoming us into their homes. They are friendly and only deserve full respect from any visitor...
