We went because we checked Google Maps and saw great pics and reviews. Even our hotel recommended it to us. But it's in complete shambles sadly. We enjoyed exploring the abandoned building, but it's definitely not a tourist attraction anymore!

Barranquitas es un pueblo encantador; su gente es muy hospitalaria, y sus paisajes son muy hermosos. El paseo lineal y mirador turístico está en completo abandono, luego del huracán María. Necesita ser reparado con urgencia, o mínimo darle un poco de mantenimiento a las áreas que están accesibles al turismo.

Paseo lineal & Tourism Mirador en Barranquitas would be an excellent place to visit for a few hours but they need to repair the mirador that was severely damaged during hurricane Maria, it’s still in damaged. The town would benefit significantly if they had food vendors and vendors...

Nice place for a walk if you stop here to stretch your legs in a "chinchorreo" trip or any time. There is a flag of every town in Puerto Rico so you can use the walk to see the mountains, enjoy the view and check out the 78 flags. Also some small kioskos there for...
