MS Couture Bridal — Attraction in Barrington Township

MS Moda provides a wonderful and amazing bridal gown experience from the moment you walk in the store to the moment you leave. Ivana provides a wonderful shopping atmosphere where you get the whole upstairs to you and your guests. My family was pampered with champagne. I tried on a bunch of different gowns and really felt like I had that "say yes to the dress" show experience.

I went to a couple of other bridal gown dress stores after my first visit but came back to MS Moda because the dresses were the type of style that I wanted but also the QUALITY of the gowns. European, lace, sexy, elegant and of course bridal.

I purchased a dress and matching veil at MS Moda. I was measured for the dress in January 2018 and received it in April. I was measured to the T for this dress and wen I received it it fit like a glove. No big alterations needed other than a bustle and the underskirt was altered (recommended by my seamstress).

Also a huge thank you to Ivana and her team that works at Ms Moda. They really put in their all for you and make sure 1) that you really really love the dress 2) that you pick the dress that YOU, the bride, want and 3) that you have a gown that is truly custom fit and amazing quality. I felt amazing on my wedding day and felt like the bride I wanted to be.

I need to find another occasion to wear this gown . =P

Made a reservation a couple weeks in advance. Last minute before the scheduled appointment they called saying they have to cancel because they have a wedding expo (which is on the same weekend every year). They called back saying never mind to come to this location, therefore the bride was already annoyed. We get there.. they allowed the bride to only pick 6 dress. The associate helping us never asked the bride her budget until after she got to pick her dresses out. (In my opinion that should be the very first thing to ask) After finding out the budget she didn’t put in any effort to help the bride pin any her dresses to make them look fitted. There were moments she disappeared (mind you we were the only customers in the salon) and the bride had to wait for her to take the dresses off. She made us move due to another bride coming in with her entourage.. then the associate started rolling her eyes and inappropriately complaining to us about the other customer bringing in so many people (it was only 5). I have to say that looking for a wedding dress can be nerve racking and stressful for some. I had been to a couple places but hadn’t found a dress that I loved. I went to MS Moda and my mind was put to ease! The staff, Tracy and Ivanna, were so friendly, helpful and knew what styles to pull based on my body type and what I was looking for! I tried on dress after dress and loved them all so much, that I had a hard time narrowing down which dress I wanted for my special day! They go above and beyond and will tweak the dress to make sure that it’s exactly what you want and that you truly do feel like a princess. The dress material quality is absolutely stunning and they hand-make the dresses in Poland, so it’s has a European feel to it.
