We enjoy going here with our kids. It's not as crowded as fisherman's park. They recently added a canopy over the play area recently which adds a great safety feature for the children as now the play equipment will not be too hot to touch in the summer. There is a baby swing set which is made for patent and baby to swing together. More settings, slides and climbing.

There is a covered seating area with picnic tables and a couple of BBQ puts as well as a water fountain. The bathrooms have always been clean and stocked. There is also a basketball area. There is a walking path and another areaโ€‹ you can go sit with an awesome tree for...

Nice park. Playscape is small - perfect for kids age 2 to 4. It also has about a 1/4mile track around park and one fishing pier. The park is pretty well maintained. The only drawback are the homeless that crash there a night. Fortunately, the boys in blue have to lock up the bathrooms ever nigt so that helps keep the riffraff to a minimum. Another bonus is that several police officers live in the neighborhood and are probably a little more diligent about keeping an eye out...

I am a big fan of Fisherman's Park but Bob Bryant is definitely a Hidden Gem. It is tucked away behind a little suburban community in Bastrop, has a big Park and playground, a trail down to the water so it isn't for swimming at this part of the river, it is still very pretty. They have a walking path which is very neat and well kept. And for anyone who plays Pokemon go there is a Pokemon gym there as well. It is super kid friendly and there are frequent Patrol so it's a...

I really love what they've done with the park. I used to walk my dogs there.Six years ago and this was the first time i've been back. They've got beautiful gardens and even a community garden and great playing fields for different sports. The community house with the picnic tables was perfect for a scout meeting.

I went to go and play the new Disc golf course.. It is a very nice course....The front 9 is very open and Birdie friendly. The back 9 does challenges you...as you go into the woods and tighter fairways. Look forward to playing it again.
