I am SO thankful for having Rinelli Services now be an essential part of my “home maintenance” team. I hired Rinelli Services through Home Depot Pro Referral after being unable to book my regular plumber. Yes! I had an emergency DIY fail with my kitchen sink. My regular plumber did not respond, and when they did later, they had no openings. That’s okay because I found Rinelli Services! When I called RS, their schedule was already booked, but they listened to me and then walked me through some steps to mitigate the immediate issue. They then scheduled an appointment with me for the following morning (so they had to start their day much earlier to fit me in and still honor their other customers). Needless to say, they came out as scheduled and completed the initial project in record time. This allowed time to address some of my home’s non-urgent plumbing issues, and two non-plumbing tasks (yes, ask them what else they do) - all completed within the time allotted for the original purpose of the visit. Appliance Delivery/Installation/Haul-Away (Dishwasher) Service

*If I could provide a "10-Star" Rating on this installation, I would! Originally scheduled to have our dishwasher installed on Saturday, 26-Nov, we received a call on Monday, 21-Nov asking if we were available to have it installed that evening. *Without hesitation, we said "YES" (even though we were away from our residence at the time). *Jesse and El were BEYOND patient in waiting for us to get home before going to pick up our appliance from Lowe's Home Improvement (around 7pm) After some confusion at Lowe's (they were showing my order had been cancelled) we were able to straighten things out with the Appliances Department. They managed to pick it up and get on the road to our place Jesse and El were both extremely pleasant and professional during the install, and when we came across a potential "roadblock" (a plumbing fitting was leaking), Jesse was able to fix it and complete the job. I am most impressed with their "patience and persistence" in seeing the job through to completion!

Jesse and his wife are good people in my opinion. It's cool seeing a husband and wife team working together. They communicated with us on our closet project. We had a shelf completely detach from the wall because the hangers weren't anchored properly. We noticed our other closet was doing the same thing. I text Jesse photos and he made an assessment over the phone. His wife then emailed me the terms. Due to circumstances my Wife and I were only available on a Friday. They accommodated our time and showed up today. Here are my observations on them.

Friendly and don't try to sell you an act. As business owners and workers they have good synergy. His Wife handled equipment just as Jesse did. Be it the nail gun or impact. They are quick to make adjustments if they have to. The two of them work fast but not sloppy. They are reasonable and offer solutions rather than automatically trying to eclipse your budget for more work. They accept multiple payment options which is a plus and convenience in today's world.
