W.C. Britton Park — Attraction in Baytown

The grass was not mowed and I did not feel comfortable in the park. It came as a really good place to fish and that's what I was looking for. But that place is not a good place to fish. It's all mud bottom and you're really not going to find much in there. There were people sitting in their cars for a long time had a very uneasy feeling he'll possibly drugs and or you don't know what's going to happen. I would stay away from this place you can find better in your own City Park. And it's at a low income housing apartment complex. I'm just glad I had my sidearm with me...

One of the most rewarding experiences. Loved the crabbing and fishing activities with kids. Very cleanly maintained Park. The only problem we faced are the fire ants. Starting from car park to swings to the benches area, my whole family has gotten affected... even after 3 days, my child's feet are still swollen! So be very careful about where you step. Normally I like strolling around this park, however during today's walk, I was disgusted to see the condition of the porta let with the seat covered in feces & the waste basin beneath in desperate need of emptying & cleaning.
