The server explained that the design was to focus the view on the kitchen. The next disappointment was tap water for water instead of filtered water. The next disappoint was the very limited menu. New York Strip was the only steak on the menu. The next disappointment was that when my reddish filled finally, it was put on top of the resitto in a bowl, lopsided with the sauce soaking the resitto. The fish was good, but nothing special. Read moreI cannot say enough amazing things about this restaurant! We decided to stay at the Hyatt Regency for a “staycation” and had lunch, dinner and then breakfast and all were wonderful! For lunch I had the blackened snapper sandwich and my husband had the A&H burger… both great! We both had the crab cake bennie for breakfast and it was fabulous! What was absolutely phenomenal was the free-range 1/2 chicken that my husband had and the grilled swordfish that I had. Ridiculously amazing… food, service, ambiance… all of it!...
