Member in the office was careful to describe the museum in detail and the route to take to not miss anything. The place was amazing history with many artifacts. I could spend a couple hours in there no problem. Bring your phone in to use QR code and you get a video to tell you about the item and period in history.

Admission is free but a donation is requested. The building is marvelous. It's the old Burlington depot. Active tracks run behind the museum. The exhibits give an idea of the hopes and dreams of the community founders and leaders. The medical exhibit is amazing. Hard to believe that was the "cutting edge" of medicine. Every community in Gage County gets mentioned with a description of the founding and a continuing history. I think there is on site parking in a gravel lot. We parked on the north side in the street. There was a gentleman at the front who gave a short description of the Museum and the Gage County...

Heavens I haven't been in this Museum since I was in high school. It doesn't have the old per machine. I kind of miss that. But they do have to keep up with different items and new things. I love seeing old horse. That used to be at Riverside Park. Me and my family played on that horse pretty much all my childhood growing up. I want to go back. We got there late and it closed at 4. We didn't get to see but half of the exhibits. I will...
