Wow! I had no idea food this good could come out of a food truck. I don't care what anybody says, this is gourmet food. The shrimp were perfectly grilled, the pieces of chicken were the perfect bite size, and everything was seasoned perfectly. I was especially impressed they give you a side of remoulade sauce, an orangish colored sauce similar to what you would eat crab cakes with and it's delicious. I was dipping everything in it-my shrimp, chicken & rice. I also had an order of crab rangoon and they're fairly large and fried perfectly. Love this food! Made to order in only about 15 minutes, my hibachi shrimp is always well worth the short wait, and so much food I can eat the meal twice before it's all gone. I think the veggies in this meal are truly my favorite part. Friendly staff, plenty of parking to wait, and they bring the order right to your car, too.
