Good value for the price! This was my third ziplining experience, and I would say it's a combination course; the first three lines go through the trees, the fourth and fifth lines go above the trees. In my terrified-of-heights opinion, the fourth line was the scariest because it's the longest and departs from a very tall tower that you must walk a lengthy, steeply inclined suspension bridge to get to and then step off the edge of to zip. I definitely thought the fifth line had the best view! (Bonus: we saw deer in the woods in between zipping platforms!) Checking in was a little disorganized; I arrived half an hour before my reservation, where I was told by one employee that I would have the opportunity to rent a Go-Pro, but then the employee who took over at the front desk said it was too late to rent a Go-Pro when I asked how to pay for the rental after they were done checking everyone else in. :( The bus ride from the office to the first platform (and back from the final landing) is winding but quick (about a mile), and the seats are comfortable (although I would've appreciated higher powered A/C, especially after the course). The gear is well-maintained and comfortable. My guides (Adora, JP, John, and Tiffany) were GREAT!! Tiffany is fearless and hilarious, JP is lighthearted and personable (hi from Philly, JP!), and Adora genuinely made me feel brave and welcome (hi from Lone Wolfe, Adora!). They were efficient, thorough, and literally so much fun! I definitely owe my positive experience entirely to them!! TIP...

Such a fun adventure. From the time we checked in for our scheduled zip time until the time we departed, we received friendly and informative service. We were told every step of the way exactly what was going to happen, received detailed instruction from the reception are and the three very knowledgeable and fun guides, and were made to feel very safe and secure the entire time. You spend two+ hours there, from getting geared up and the bus ride to the launch, zipping on five lines, with each one getting faster, longer, and higher (actually the fourth one is the longest at 1900 ft), photo ops, and the ride back to the office. It's a beautiful area, and even though there are great views, the first two zips go through a canopy of trees. It's still a thrill, though, and the first step off each platform is the most exciting part of the adventure. Our three guides, Josh, Hunter, and guide manager Aaron, we're very engaging and did an excellent job of making sure our gear was secured, giving some background information of the area, explaining the procedure, and generally moving people with two harnesses each, from platforms to hanging bridges and steps. Photos were taken by the guides all day and you have the opportunity to purchase a package at the end of the day. We took our own GoPro camera which was placed into the case on the helmet designed specifically for that. I highly recommend...

Out of the whole trip down to Kentucky this was one place we will never recommend. The manager told the young lady with brunette hair (21 years old) to issue a 50% credit due to my finance was 4lbs over the weight limit. We knew he was 250 lbs due to water weight after l plus time of day. He was over slightly over the limit. We completely understood & asked for refund…then the nice clerk stated they have to call the manager (whom was condensing) stated he wouldn’t permit but offered a “store”credit. We live in NJ & I tried compromised by asking for half the price back. Right before I asked the clerk for a store credit, the clerk stated she refunded half the cost. I was going to ask for a store credit for the amount & I would go on the next trip. I tried to complete the zip lining but the structure, with the lackadaisical approach to just “jumping “ off the platform was a bit too much for me. One instructor instructions were short the second one was a bit more helpful & by the 3 one. I felt the structure wasn’t sturdy enough plus the issues what happened with my better half I already had a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't want to spend another minute or dime with a business this business. This is when social media is a perfect tool to inform other people so they can avoid...

After a night of food poisoning and sitting upon the porcelain throne until 2am, I was concerned that zip lining may not be the best activity... the thought of painting the forest and all. Well... Cat, Jake, and Lucian set me (and my bowels) at ease with their friendly banter and small talk. I successfully navigated my multiple fears of not only heights, but bubble gut while careening down a zip line hundreds of feet above the tree line. We talked about math, movies, and seasonal work because of an obsession with rock climbing they all have. As someone that is familiar with attention-to-detail and safety precautions, they were on top of everything from hook placement, telling you where to stand, etc. Most of my party was scared of heights and they expertly talked us "down from the ledge" like a skilled hostage negotiator. Eventually, they actually rescued a few of us from "the ledge" as a lack of mass meant our speed wasn't quite enough to propel us across the longest zip line. Would do it again. PS: don't eat sketchy food from gas stations.
