I like this park a lot! We take our dog almost every Sunday and have had good experiences every time. If it rains it can get a bit muddy but our dog loves the puddles! There's a big dog and a small dog side so they can play with friends their own size. The water fountain was just turned back on for the warmer months which is great. It's right next to the highway so can be loud down at one end and I recommend keeping dogs on leashes until inside the park gates so they don't risk running to the road.

Seemed like a good place to bring your dog. City maintenance was decent and the place looked well kept. There are two sections, one for small dogs and one for large with obstacles on both. There was a long list of rules that all seemed to make sense. The only problem I seen was some people obviously didn't pick up there dogs waste after they used the restroom. This wasn't surprising, just gotta watch where to step. Overall a nice place

We stopped by today with our little longhair chihuahua, who has never played off leash before. It was a joyous experience for him. The grass was freshly mowed. The fencing was in great shape and it was very clean. There was a bench that had seen better days and the obstacles for dogs were very weathered and the water fountain for people and dogs didn't work, but he loved it.

I enjoy taking my dogs to the dog park to get some exercise. However some safety postings or something need to be put in place so people with other dogs don't just come on in and turn their dog loose without others knowing. That could be very dangerous. Perhaps the first people get the keys in and then they have to let newcomers in. That way there is interaction at the gate with the new folks and their dogs and that gives current people the decision to stay or go. I intercepted some new people incoming one day, and decided to leave with my dogs after a few seconds conversing with a young adult who obviously had no idea about dog safety and regard for human life. I had to restrain him 3 times from just turning his dogs loose before I could get my 2 out. No common sense or didn't care. So the dogpark itself is a wonderful place, especially when you have large dogs like me that are displaced from their original home of unlimited access and now go to 4 small boundaries. You just have to be on your toes as in all things these days...

It is terribly muddy all the time. The photos LIE, they had to have been put up when the park was freshly redone. Even on sunny days this park is so muddy you can't even walk through it without being ankle deep in mud. I would highly suggest putting down court flooring like at a tennis or basketball court, or at least elevating the area to some degree so it drains. People don't pick up their animal's waste at all, and while I think they should, it is understandable that people don't want to sink into the ground to get to it. The neighborhood this park is in is also extremely unwelcoming. While I was there, there were people living in their car on the property, and another person living at the park next door. I probably won't be back, which is a shame because we really need dog parks in the...

This park id great to take large or small dogs. There are many placss for dogs to learn tricks, amd the large fenced area allowd dogs the chamge to run off leash. However, the ground is easily flooded, so be careful coming here after a rainy day. My dog gets covered in mud if I take her here even two days after a rain.

There is also a nice park with a play ground next door to bring kids. I have never noticed tradh or anything, so it is well maintained.

The dog park area is usually pretty empty, which is nice if your dog doesnt get along...
