I'd give a total of five star but I'll explain in the review. My and my wife are looking to rent a small apartment in the Houston suburbs. We are from the Jacksonville, FL area and on the way we saw the sign on I-10 so we decided to stop for some food and a quick drink or two for lunch. Can't remember what day of the week but Hayden was tending the bar fantastically! We ordered A simple bottled beer and a glass of wine at first and asked him about several things on the menu but settled for the app sampler after he recommended it because we couldn't decide on an app cuz' we wanted something light but filling for my wife and I. We had a nice conversation with hayden while we ate. He has a great personality and great conversation skills, I wish he worked every bar I went to! He loved serving us, and as a business owner myself did a fantastic job of selling to spot! He gave my wife the first drink made she's ever had with Titos which is apparently a vodka sold across the country but distilled in Texas. We'd seen it but never tried it and Hayden recommended it and it's now the vodka my wife keeps stocked at home. He also got me to try the beer they have on tap for 2 bucks, called zegenboc. Told me its only available in Texas. Im half tempted to make the trip just to have him pour me a cold one! Now here's where the place loses a star. Stop by three days later during the weekend to see the live entertainment that Hayden had told us about. We were excited to see if Hayden worked but he was unfortunately off(which is great cuz' you could tell he works his tail off! ;-) ). We sat down at the bar like last time and granted it was alot busier then the weekday lunch we stopped by at, but it took some time to be welcomed by the bartender, who was very nice and welcoming but was not very attentive to us and the other guests and really only attended to what you could tell were her regulars. Drinks still came out cold and fresh but when we needed a fresh round it was hard to get her attention. Still a great barkeep with a joyful personality, just not as attentive and esatic to serve anyone besides her people. Wish Hayden was working that night, ive never seen someone so eager to give great quality service to a stranger that sits at his bar! Will definitely be back when we make our trips back and forth, especially to see Mr.Hayden for lunch, made us feel...

The food was great, but I can't remember the last time I've had such poor service. This visit occurred on a cold evening. Our group of six adults (one was eight months pregnant) and a two year old were seated in the open area near the fireplace, but it was set so low that it only provided a visual effect, no actual warmth. There were about six patio heaters in this area. One small group had two. Another table of four had the other four. The host wouldn't ask to move even one heater from the group who had four heaters. We sat for a few minutes, but it was just too cold and we said we would just wait for a table inside. We we were eventually seated. We then sat for about 30 minutes with no one coming to our table to begin service. I finally approached two of the waiters that had been walking back and forth past our table and asked if someone could help us. They did so immediately, were very nice and apologetic, noting there was a miscommunication. After a long wait we finally got our food. I had asked for one of the featured drink specials with my meal, but it didn't come. Our waiter, though very nice, rarely came by to check on us, so it wasn't worth it to me ask for it. However someone in our party mentioned it, though I had ate most of my meal by then. The waiter, again very apologetic then brought me two, one on the house. It was kind gesture, but one was more than enough since my meal was long gone and it was now getting later in the evening. We then sat about another half hour with no check. We eventually asked for, and received, our check. After everything that had happened, I would have thought the level of attentiveness would have improved at the end, but it did not. I would think long and hard about going back despite enjoying the...

I wish I could give ZERO stars I would! The service was by far the worst!!!!! The managers have no sympathy or remorse for how they handle their customer service issues! We had a party of 7 and A child and we sat outside for at least 30 minutes trying to get drink orders correct with staff. The bartender and wait staff were all at odds with one another and it showed in the drinks we ordered. We order flavored margaritas and only received only one flavored margarita. We also ordered 1 long island and black particles were in the glass. All the the drinks we received were salty ad if it were a cup of instant high blood pressure served to us. I took the drinks in to change them out and I overheard the manager telling our waitress that he was incapable of removing them from our tab. He stated that we would be liable to take care of the drinks once they were on the tab. I informed that I am in the business and I know the TABC laws and that is untrue! Under no circumstances I would every make a customer pay for anything that was not their fault. They kept saying they just got their TABC. This establishment needs to close and go back to training because the level of what me and my family just experienced is ridiculous. To add more insult to injury the never came to speak with us about all the mishaps we had...i saw him speaking to an older lady and he was looking outside at us and I know that they were talking about us. They walked outside and the lady was like what's going on and I let her know that I saw him speaking to you and that you know what the issue is and that we are leaving. You would think she would try to salvage a big party buy of course she didn't so my advice to you is to don't go to this place and find somewhere else to spend your hard...

I returned to Houston from a trip to New Orleans, and one of my goals during that trip was to try the crawfish there. However, on the way back to Houston, I saw a billboard on the highway advertising crawfish, so I decided to call and stop by the place to eat. Over the phone, they told me it was $25 for 5 lbs of crawfish — cheaper than both Houston and Louisiana, so I was honestly a bit skeptical at first. When I walked in, I didn’t expect much. It was actually quite busy, even though it was a Monday. A lot of people were ordering togo, so we had to wait a bit to be served. The atmosphere was cool and comfortable, and the staff were very nice and attentive. Even though the wait was a bit long, I still felt very comfortable because they kept checking on us, offering drinks and plenty of sauce. When the food arrived, I was genuinely surprised by the quality. Trust me — it was really good!!!!!! Based on my experience trying crawfish in LA, New Orleans, and even in Houston, this place definitely stood out. They had a variety of sauces, the crawfish were large and meaty, and not a single one was dead. It would be absolutely perfect if this place were closer to my house! But I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance. A truly worth-it restaurant with great service! Tysm to the kind and thoughtful server who took such great care of us. Ur warm attitude and attention to detail truly made our experience special. I sincerely appreciate your dedication and excellent service!!!!!

Food-gasmic!!!! Ample parking, open yet cozy environment with a gorgeous huge patio!!!! Next to I-10, easy in, easy out! Was there on a Sunday around 1500. Colorado transplant, looking for my new favorite! The food was amazing, the service even better. Our server Daniel was amazing! Kind, courteous and knowledgeable with the menu! Daniel graciously provided a sneak peak of the menu as a welcome for the first time visit 😁 Fried green tomatoes and Voo-Doo sauce they will blow your mind! 🤯😜 Had the fried pickles, fried mushrooms, fish bites, boundin balls with voodoo sauce and ranch. The batter was so light and crisp. Amazingly Delicious 🤤 Sweet tea and Fuzzy Colada were perfection in a cup! Portions are more than enough!!! Thank you Crazy Cajun, wonderful experience. You've set the bar high for others 👍🙏💕
