This is the view of High Falls. Taking the hike down the steep steps is not easy. If you’re not in top shape, I would not recommend it. But the view from the bottom is nicer. The overall hike to High Falls from the Visitor Center takes over an hour. It has lots of steep steps and loose rock and tree roots. If you’re elderly or not good and walking , don’t do it. Hills are very steep! If you do go, bring bug spray and a bottle of water. You’re going to need both.
