Terrible experience with this place! I connected with "Bob" on Facebook Marketplace. He rarely responded to me which should have been my first red flag. I finally connected w him and he told me to go to the store in Bedford Heights. He said they were open 12-5. I drove an hour to get to the store and arrived at 1 pm. The open sign was on, but no one was home. I called the store, messaged Bob for an hour and no one emerged. The store also looked shady as can be. Bob saw my message but didn't even respond to apologize. I would never buy a mattress from this business as they are obviously not trustworthy. My friend also told me she heard of this place and that they buy used mattresses and sell them as new or "scratch and dent"...

I honestly thought I got a good deal but I got a” BBB” Bed Bug Bed!!!!! So frustrated so now I have buy a new bed lesson learned !! Never again I do NOT recommend!!! Queen mattress sterns and foster!

Just to reply to the business OWNER comment I in FACT DID purchase a mattress here in 2022 when I purchased it I noticed it was a little wet , I asked why and they gave me some bullshit reason . I'm thinking they probably cleaned the bugs off which lasted almost 2 years but they are present as of now I HAD TO THROW MY WHOLE BED AWAY and I will NEVER PURSCHASE A USE BED AGAIN...

Contacted via Facebook Market Place about a Tempurapedic base. Offed a great price told me to let friends and family know. I drove 30 minutes out of my way in a snowstorm. To buy this base, and it was a lesser model than what he told me he had. I turned and walked right out. All he had to say is, I don't have that model. After I asked multiple times to be sure. BTW, I have the chat history to prove my review. A complete scam. Why can't people just be honest? On a positive note. He was very nice...
