4eleven Lounge — Restaurant in Bedford

I enjoyed part of my visit here. Shanice, our waitress was great. Gouda grits were delish, so we're my salmon croquettes. My husband enjoyed his Sunday bruch breakfast. My father like his chicken. My pinkest margarita was good. I have 2 complaints though. My husband is disabled and I have an elderly father and wanted a table and not a bar stool. I was told by the bartender that they don't have any. Really, that is against the law for a public place not to have handicapped accommodations. We sat at a booth, which was awkward to eat, so my elderly father made a heck of a mess. I also asked that the music be turned down just a little. I had to text my husband to talk, and my father, I couldn't communicate with him at all, so he just sat there staring off into space. The food was excellent and I would recommend it if you want food to get takeout. It wasn't a comfortable environment. Not only was it loud, it was vulgar music. Perhaps they have a time to accommodate older handicapped people who want to converse. I usually TikTok everything, I wish I had this experience. Food was really good the one time I had it took them extremely long and I called in . But now when I call in they tried to tell me I had to pre pay by giving them my debit or credit card info which I will not do I don't feel comfortable doing that over the phone to a stranger can you blame me ? It's only (our people) establishments that try to do these kind of things and I hate it !! No YT restaurant or bar has ever had me do that . I get maybe some ppl might not come get their food but this establishment is too new to require this , and that happens at ALL establishments yet all don’t require such a rule , If places in the area that's been open for far longer and sell way more food such as Wings Broadway, Mr wonderfuls, scorchers etc don't require that how can you ? Smh change that you'll gain a lot more loyal customers some of us may be injured and don’t wanna do the extra walking in to order !! Put in place a better system to ban ppl who actually don't come pick up their orders like maybe caller ID or etc not make us give our personal into to strangers over the phone.Food is good but slowly cooked so change that requirement you’ll make a lot more money gain a lot more...

I went to this place to enjoy a celebration for my friends engagement. The menu is not vegan friendly at all so of course i had no problem with that i just ordered what sides that I thought they had available. Which was 2 orders broccolini and rice. I was given over cooked broccoli instead of broccolini. Broccoli was not even listed on the menu. So i let the waitress know that it wasn’t what I ordered. So she said they must have ran out. I think that’s something they should know about ahead of time. She did however ask the cook to prepare another side of broccoli which didnt come out great either. They did not accommodate me with a price edit considering there was no broccolini. Just gave me freezer bag broccoli instead. My wife wasn’t happy with some parts of her meal either. For what its worth the prices were too high. Not a place I recommend to eat at unless you enjoy “drunk people food”. I wont be spending another dollar there. Left a bad taste in my mouth....
