I haven’t eaten Subway in over a year. Started a new job and Subway is the closest restaurant to me. I downloaded the app and placed an order for pickup. 20 mins later I go to pick up my food and it’s not even being prepared. The young lady said the order came in twice so she wasn’t sure. Ok. Before she is about to hand me my food she offers me a cup for a small fountain drink which I paid for. I said, I don’t want a fountain drink, I want a bottle. I’ve already paid for my order in advance. The lady pulled my food back and put it behind the glass and said I had to take the fountain drink because that’s what I paid for. Now I’m mad, she’s holding my food hostage because I want a bottle drink. I said ma’am, I can pay the difference, what is the problem. She kept telling me I couldn’t do that. Finally I got fed up and snatched my food from the lady. Fountain drink $2.59, Bottle drink $2.99! She held my, already paid for food hostage for 40 cent. Customer service was horrible for no reason. And on top of that the sandwich made me sick!...

9/6/2025 I placed online order, when I arrived it wasn't started yet. After waiting for my turn, the woman asked if I could wait longer. Why didnt she just make my order when it was my turn? While standing there i noticed they had fans over the food to try to keep fruit flies off! Atmosphere is not clean and I refused my order. When i asked if she could cancel, she told me she couldn't and i have to contact the app. I will not be back to this location. Fruit flies are extremely gross. they can transmit pathogens like E. coli and Salmonella from unsanitary environments, potentially causing illness. Although ingesting a few flies is unlikely to make you sick, thorough washing of the food is recommended to remove bacteria. The presence of fruit flies also indicates poor sanitation and can lead to serious health risks like intestinal myiasis if eggs are consumed. Waiting to see if they are going to refund or if i have to dispute
