Crossroads Water Spray Playground — Attraction in Bellevue

Coming from Germany (Berlin) I must admit that I was aghast given its cleanliness. Really nice playground. It's clean, easy to access and has car park bays. Public sanitary amenities are clean. It has a good variety of games/types of playgrounds to offer to kids. A water park with a huge orca that sprays water every now and so often, climbing area/towers and a play tower to make some music to name just a few play areas. You wouldn't find such lush green grassy playgrounds (not talking about the astro turf area) anywhere in Berlin.

Fun fact, you wouldn't find so many parents guarding/watching their children on the playground either. In fact, I saw a sign that encourages parents to do so. In Germany we tend to leave our kids to play on their own. We also don't interfere when the little ones are fighting amongst them unless it's absolutely necessary. This park offers an array of different possibilities for all kind of family and family-friendly events. There's a picnic area. There's a grilling area separate from the picnic area there's a lot of walking paths. There's also biking pads there's a both a water Spray Park area. It also has a nice size playground area for both younger and elementary-aged kids. The only reason why this park is getting a 4 instead of 5 stars is because often times it is overcrowded. The local populations have a tendency of flooding all of the areas to the point that you have a hard time seeing your child, finding a place to sit, and not being able to stand or run because it's so crowded. The park itself is very nice with great play equipment and a nice sprinkler area. However, the parking spots are tiny. The spots are so small that my 3 year old could barely squeeze out and the only way to get my infant son out in his carrier was to remove my son's car seat so that I could lower the back seat and then slide my son's carrier out through the back hatch.
