Boulevard Park is a must visit if you're visiting Bellingham from out of town, and a great place to spend some chill time alone or with friends and family if you're local. The view of the Bay and the San Juan Islands is stunning, and a walk along Taylor Dock is a great way to unwind. The views from Taylor Dock are especially spectacular around dusk/sunset and sunrise.
There is a really nice Woods Coffee to get a beverage to enjoy while walking Taylor Dock or relaxing in Boulevard Park. There's also a nice patio area with a great view of the Bay.

There was another man walking around, look like he was searching for someone to steal from it was very suspicious, which made our group very uncomfortable, my son was with us and kept looking at him until we decided we wanted to leave. He kept pacing around and looking at us and casing us to see what he could steal. It felt like. My daughter has been to this park many times and has walked around the trails and has never felt this way before. I think these were one off situations other than that it is a great park with great trails to walk on with some...

Plenty of benches to view the water, take a rest , watch the Sunset. Bathrooms. It's pretty much perfect! A great place to walk, sit, drink coffee, people watch, take kids, and look for Seals! There is a cool playground structure shaped like a Pirate Ship. I can't recommend this Park enough. And no parking fees, it's...
