The Guest House — Hotel in Bellingham

My husband and I stayed in the Apartment at The Guest House for four nights over New Years. We absolutely loved it and plan to stay again on future visits to Bellingham! The apartment is spacious, with a dining table that seats four next to the small but very well equipped kitchen. The floors were immaculately clean and we appreciated the sign for guests to please remove their shoes (as that likely helps keep the place so clean!) There is a washer dryer in the unit which was wonderfully convenient, and Sharon had stocked the place with Keurig cups, sugar, and other basics that just really made it a homey and welcoming space. The bed was really comfy and there were extra blankets available.

Sharon was a very welcoming host, and we enjoyed our brief chats with her as we came and went from the property. The front steps are rather steep, so just be forewarned if you are bringing heavy luggage! There is parking on the street out front and the location was very convenient. The Guesthouse accommodations are in a beautiful Craftsman house. Close to the waterfront Boulevard park. A short walk to historic Fairhaven which has loads of coffee shops, bakery, cafes, restaurants, excellent book store. |The studio suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed, beautiful linens, well appointed bathroom. The little kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, creamer, some snacks, microwave, fridge, plates, utensils. |Sharon, the proprietor, is very welcoming.
