I called ahead of time to make an appointment for lash refill and to fix missing lashes. Several times I felt her fingers touching my eyeballs even though I tried to keep them shut. Every salon I've ever gone to for lash extensions always used some sort of tweezers, not fingers. She applied so much glue, my eyes were constantly burning and stinging. I kept telling her my eyes were stinging but she just ignored me. She said it will stop once the glue evaporates.When she was done, I looked in the mirror, and was shocked how terrible they looked. I commented on how uneven they were and how the left lash was noticeably not as full as the right. She just said I didn't have enough hair. But she didn't say that before she started working on me. As a matter of fact, the first thing I asked her before she started was whether she can make both lashes match each other and look the same, if not close. She said she can. But all she did was apply a few lash strands and a lot of glue. So much that the lashes were glued to the skin of my eyes lids. She sounds so confident about her work and that's how she got me. I bought laser package for face and eye brows for $775.00 where she offers one session for free. My eyebrows got burnt in the 3rd session but and when I asked her she says "I can't do anything, there are lots of hair and skin repairs itself and it takes a couple of months" . Well that's why I am getting the laser treatment. 5th and last free session, she just burnt my face and after calling her 3 times, she got back to me and tells me to use cortisone cream. I missed my work for 3 days because of my burnt face and now I have to put lots of make up on to cover all the burns. I took my mom there too because I trusted her that much and my mom got burn marks around the treatment areas.

She never followed up on me herself until I asked to put on the web what she did. I still have one free session left for my eyebrows but I am not going...
