Goods Nursery and Produce — Local services in Bellingham

I absolutely love this place. We go there for company and family celebrations. It has really become a central part of the Columbia Neighborhood. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sunday afternoons are always a blast with extra food offerings. I have always cut a fresh Christmas tree for the last 37 years but Goods had such a great selection. I was so happy to find the perfect tree without stomping around in the mud for an entire day. If you have a small, local business you need to visit this place and see how hard these people work to make everyone feel welcome. We went back to the Goods for the second year for a Christmas tree this year. They had a beautiful selection of trees again. We were able to pick exactly what we wanted. Prices were very fair. They butt trimmed the tree and loaded it for us. It looks great...

Absolutely love this place! I don' t know why more people don't mention it more often online in forums I've come across. It's in a highly visible area off of Northwest. I know last summer for sure, we stopped in and got a plat of strawberries and a plat of raspberries and the prices were sooo good. And they had to have been the best strawberries I've ever had. They are locally grown, I think those particular ones were from Ferndale. And in each season they have something going on on this lot. During the winter time they were selling local X-Mas trees. Right now they are selling asparagus for $1.99/LB I can't wait for strawberry...

I love Goods! So many reasons to visit this place. Guaranteed you'll run into friendly neighbors! I head over with my wagon when I'm prepping my garden in the spring. I send my vegetarian kid over to get a veggie burrito or dumplings all the time when I don't want to cook a second dinner.
