Wasnt gonna leave a review but almost a year after servicing my fz07 there I found another problem. I just changed my spark plugs myself recently and discovered that the left plug threads were crossed threaded. This placed was the only placed that ever touch my plugs. So here is the full review of the service I got. Took my bike in for its 8000 mile service. Standard stuff. Spark plug chain adjustment wheel alignment, checks etc. To start I told them to not touch the oil. As it was recently changed by me about 1000 miles prior. They had the bike for about 4 hrs as I sat in the waiting area. When I got my bike back not only was my oil level different but it wasnt even the same color anymore so idk wth happen there. looked like they drain the oil out and just thru in a different used oil. As I'm sitting on the bike in the back of their garage area I hear a click noise everytime I turn the handle bar. I tell them about it and they proceed to tell me they never touch that area. And I tell them it wasnt making that noise prior to being here. They take the bike back in and reassemble that area or whatever they did. They gave me the bike back and the noise was still there and tried to send me on my way. What was that noise you ask? Well the noise was coming from my gpr V4 steering damper. It was making a noise because they took the collar off and failed to reinstall it properly leaving the damper itself uneven and the collar loose. I didnt find that out till after I got home and inspected my bike closely as it just didnt feel right. So obviously they lied about "not touching that area". Locking collars and steering dampers dont remove themselves. Also after looking at old pictures of my bike I realised that they rerouted the wires that goes to the headlight and dash a different way then how factory has it on all other fz07 which caused it's own problem later on. So obviously they touched that area if it wasnt clear enough. But wait theres more. As I'm going over the bike some more i notice my chain being extremely tight. I usually adjust my own chain so i know its suppose to have 51-56 mm of slack. They gave me the bike back with the chain COMPLETELY TAUT. Which btw is pretty dangerous. Not only that the wheel was not properly aligned what's so ever. So after paying money I got my bike back in worst condition and still had to do my own work. Here's the best part tho. While I was waiting I walked around the showroom floor a bit. Every single fz07 on the showroom floor had the dash mounted UPSIDE DOWN!! I tell them about this and thought they would fix it. Next time I came back in there and they were still the same. Smh.

Disappointed with Service and Diagnosis Took my WaveRunner in after its first ride of the season—it’s always been serviced by this dealer—and unfortunately ran into drivability issues: check engine light, rough idle, and clear signs of misfiring. I called to ask if I could drop it off as I was local and also have a Yamaha extended warranty. I understood there’d be a wait since I didn’t have an appointment. Dropped it off on June 26th. Martin was professional and courteous throughout the process. On July 16th, I was told everything checked out fine except the 12V battery, which was recommended for replacement. I was skeptical that a weak battery would cause the rough running and misfiring, but trusted their diagnosis. When I picked up the ski on July 19th, I noticed the LH trailer tail light had been smashed. I brought it to Martin’s attention and they replaced it—however, not with the original factory LED unit. The paperwork I received was unclear and confusing to read. When I finally took the ski out, I immediately noticed the same drivability issues—and they were even worse. Misfiring, rough idle, and significant power loss at wide-open throttle. At this point, I had lost trust in their technicians’ diagnostic ability and didn’t feel confident returning. Instead, I checked the spark plugs myself (a step I had suggested might be the issue when dropping it off). One was clearly fouled. I replaced all three, and now the ski runs beautifully. Unfortunately, after spending $156.88 and dealing with a damaged trailer light, the issue was not diagnosed or resolved properly. Due to this experience, I won’t be returning for service.

These guys suck. I mean the service department,Martin the service manager just lies, you can’t believe anything he says.they tell you two weeks for your bike and 2 months and a half later your bike is done but the work is horrible.went in for a busted rear brake line nothing major. They ordered very expensive aftermarket parts to jack up the price.then instead of running the brake line the correct way they ran the brake line under the engine and the frame to the rear caliper it’s hanging there.anyone who has been riding for a while knows a bike can bottom out scraping the frame or going up a steep driveway incline. So guess what can happen to that brake line.then he cops an attitude with me because I questioned him about it.and he agreed himself that it was wrong too the way they ran it.But he will never admit it publicly.too many stories like this for this dealership.Never wrote a review before, but this was plain wrong.DON’T TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE EVER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Bought three bike from these jokers and this was my experience when I needed my vehicle fixed. My 2014 Xv950 was dropped off on May 12th 2018 for crash repair, mostly front end damage forks wheel, triple tree pegs. I was told every other week for 3 months that the bike was being worked on and that care and precision were being put into it. I will not go on about the complicated events that I had to go through just to get a proper estimate which took over a month of b.s lines I was fed and being treated like I was a problem. I want to focus on the piss poor and completely dangerous work that was done to my vehicle.finally picked up the motorcycle August the 16th. I was told the bike was ready and had been out for a "road test". Uppon leaving the lot I noticed the clutch lever was pointed to the sky handles bars were pushed forward into an extremely uncomfortable riding position right foot peg was installed upside down causing my foot to become stuck under the rear brake lever when trying to apply breaks. Coming to my first stop light behind a car I found that I had no rear brakes at all, almost causing me to crash. I pulled over to checked and had to pump the pedal to regain control. Next morning I did a better walk down on the motorcycle to find bolts almost stripped, some missing but installed as to hide to missing hardware, turn signal wire pinched inside the head tube.I was forced to remove everything that was done and redo it myself to actual factory specs only taking me 3.5 hours vs the 3 months your highly trained techs took. I can confirm from my ride amd inspection that no road test was done properly if at all. No regard for customers safety at all im assuming no one was making big money off of this job so they send me off with a time bomb. This was the worst experience I've ever had especially from a place I've purchased three vehicles from. Maybe I need a wave runner and a bleaching to have a better experience like...

This place is rude to its customers as I seen them act arrogant like they don't need our service. My friend financed a bike from this place and a few weeks later got his bike fixed from here they had his bike for 9 days. Also , they was rude when he was calling inquiring about his bike and now my bike is in the shop I dropped my bike off on Monday 5/22/2017. I called a few hours later to see if they found out what was wrong with it . They service guy( I believe Nick) immediately said to me "are you serious right now.... I haven't even touched your bike yet, the bike won't be looked at until Tuesday or Wednesday" so Tuesday I called to see if they worked on or atleast seen what was wrong with it they said "dude I don't have time for your bike , first come first served, I can't get to your bikes until Wednesday Thursday" I then said okay thank you. So today is Thursday 1:57pm I called and they said "I still haven't gotten to your bike, I'll probably get to it before the day is over" they are poor with customer service , act as if they don't need my business. I'm sure they don't but your customer should never feel like that. I'm thinking about calling again soon to see if they began to work on it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Worst place I could've let work on my bike. I then went up in person to check on the status and ask for a better explaination. They were being a**holes saying "it is what it is , we're here now and it's nothing I can do". So I just asked for me bike back and left and pushed it up to the Honda dealer just up the road. Way better service , gave me exact time I will know what's going on and actually tried messing with the bike when I first brought it in to them. Hopefully everything is smooth here unlike the...
