This is by far the worst customer service experience I have written about. I placed an order for 3 t-shirts on 08/10/20. I instantly received the order confirmation which indicated that another email would be sent when the order was shipped.
On 08/20/20 I sent an email asking for an update since I hadn't gotten anything else from them. I assumed that I had overlooked the email so I wanted to follow up and get an idea when I should expect the items to arrive. I received the following response:

Thanks for contacting us and I hope all is well with you. We apologize for the delay in your order. Please give us some few days as our products are made-to-order (custom produced on-demand) to ensure quality and maintain our low prices. All of our items are being processed by our store through manufacturing and the order will undergo quality assurance.
Normally, this would only take 5-7 business days but due to COVID situation, this may take around 2-3 weeks.
We were short staff during the height of the pandemic with large number of orders which was the reason for the delay in your order. However, since most of the restrictions are now mostly being lifted, we now have more people on productions to catch up on order fulfillment.
We will send you an email confirmation together with the tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Again, I waited. On 09/02/20 after not hearing anything regarding shipping status, I sent this email: "I placed my order several weeks ago. At this time I guess it’s best to just cancel the order! Please cancel and refund my money immediately. This is not acceptable."

After the shock wore off I responded:
09/02/20: No. Send me a refund! It’s been too long!!
No response.
09/02/20: Refund my money and cancel my order or I will start writing reviews on every platform I can find! The time it has taken on this order is unacceptable!!!

06/04/20: Refund please. I am filing a claim with my financial institution and writing reviews today!

09/12/20: Where is my refund?

And then....09/16/20: Your order is on the way Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.
The company completely ignored my request for a refund and I know that they will hide behind the Cancellation Policy which states that orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. It also says that this is because the items have already begun the production and shipping process after the 24 hour period which was clearly not the case with mine.
I might add that while waiting on this order I was speaking with a friend of mine about t-shirts because we are total sneakerheads and order often. Several weeks before this disaster with my order, she placed an order with a company for a shirt...for me. That company took 10 weeks to send the shirt. Wouldn't you know it....turns out it was Cap Swag.
I will never order anything else from this company. I don't suggest anyone do so....unless you have a while to wait for the delivery and don't care too much about whether the company actually reads and responds to your...
Read moreI wish that no stars can be given. After I placed my order it took for my ask for an update just get an order status. Than I got a reply back saying they were backed up due to increase orders for the online. After another few weeks I reached out because now it’s been 6 weeks almost seven. And my reply back was “I hope your family is staying safe during this COVID-19” as a beginning statement. So I responded with that’s not professional to speak someone family as a started because I’m asking about my order so “Cris” can loosen the issues about my order. Than still nothing about my order update yet... So now 2 months in to this order no update unless I ask so I received an notification saying that a shipping label was made than it took 7 days before it was received by the USPS. After receiving it there it was expected to arrive on the following Saturday only for my to find out that it was being shipped to the wrong address. I reached out again to ask why. I was responded to today 5 days after I sent to email asking how the address changed. On the email I stated sorry about the inconvenience but I will have to check my local post office. Well I find it hard to believe that a payment from a credit card would let a payment go through with the incorrect address especially the zip code. Still NO SHIRTS. Read moreI bought 4 things from cap swag which took forever to get here. I had a very important photo shoot/video shoot that was based around the colors that I purchased from cap swag. I ordered well in advance and still didn't receive the clothing for my video/photo shoots. The sweatshirt I received had 2 oil looking stains on it when I opened the package. I emailed them right away and got a response saying our team is reviewing this in which nobody has gotten back to me. Then today I get my other 2 products. The shirt was not protected with a plastic bag. It was just thrown inside a box with my hat that I ordered... I will get to that in a second...but the products were not protected from a possible spill or rain during shipping. A cardboard box will not protect its contents from a spill. Unreal...then I look at my hat and the stitching is the wrong color that they advertise on their website. I bought the hat because it matched the shirt but when I got it it was a apple green instead of a sage or forest green. Also the shirt is very thin on a $5 dollar hanes shirt. If you're going to be charging $35 for a t shirt at least give us good quality shirts. My experience with this shop has been nothing but a disaster.
