Cool Springs Golf — Attraction in Bethel Park

This facility has been great in years past, however it is quickly falling apart this year. Their ball vending machines having had nothing but problems this year. They won't read your card, swipe, insert, or tap. It will tell you to use cash, however cool springs is a cashless facility, so that option is out. My lost revent visit, I found myself in front of another machine not working, keep in mind each machine has 2 ports for dispensing balls and both weren't working. When I brought this to the attention of the man at the cash register, and I informed him of my struggles multiple times this year his response was "It is was it is." When I suggest he get them serviced I was told they can't so.... I suggest everyone just take your business to sunset where I haven't had these problems. very nice driving range with good range balls. the range can serve plenty of golfers at one time. however over the years it has began to lack the quality it used to have. i’m not too sure if they want customers to buy their own tees that they sell in the pro shop because it seems as if they haven’t been replacing the tees when they break or get stolen. there are countless bays without tees in them and you have to walk around, bay to bay to find one with a tee or use one of many damaged tees on the floor. the price is a little high especially when you factor in these previously stated circumstances. if the bays were well kept, maybe i would justify paying $16 for a large bucket of balls. but until then it’s not worth...

Overall nice place to spend a few hours at......UNLESS you are into mini golf, ABSOLUTELY the worse and most boring layout I ever played on. Ball literally went up against the boarder every time. And if you come in from the top, don't play the simulator to the right, Horrible. Said I was hitting my driver 173 yards, my 3 wood 150 when I can hit my P-wedge up to 150. I hit my 5 between 187 to 197, but in there it said 143. Thought I hit a great shot and it don't register. Yeah not sure about the other one, but I will never spend that much money on that again. Oh and just measured my driver on the course and my distance on one...
