Black Tie Ski & Bike Rental Delivery of Big Sky — Attraction in Big Sky

Horrible experience. Use any other company in Big Sky besides this one

In 15 years of rentals, I have never had an experience this bad

First night they said they couldn’t attach our snap on bindings because of liability when they said on the phones they could before we came up

Finally got them out of the house at midnight and thought we were good to go. They gave me medium boots and large bindings. I took it in to the local snowboard shop and they said the bindings were “dangerously loose”

Called black sky rentals out for the third time, and they “fixed” the DANGEROUSLY LOOSE bindings but checked them today and they gave me two Right Foot Bindings!

I always leave 5 star reviews but this was so bad and this company is extremely disorganized and disheveled.

The girl manager didn’t even know how to put on our bindings and was asking one of the employees if he knew how to do the bindings

If you don’t want to get injured or die, go with any company...

We selected the 6 day rental with 5 day skiing package so we were only charged 5 days.

We were delayed on our arrival due to an accident that closed the road for over an our. Additionally when we got to Big Sky the entrance was closed for 45 mins due to icy conditions. Our reservation was for 6:30, but we didn’t arrive until after 7:00. I called the office and spoke with Devine, who was able to have our skis delivered around 9 PM. We were very happy with the handling of our late arrival and ability of Black Tie to help us out. Well done!!

I’ve just returned home from a week-long ski vacation in Big Sky, MT. There were four families on our vacation and we all rented from Black Tie. I think I can speak for all of us when I say that we all had a fantastic experience. Our gear was excellent and the customer service even better. Black Tie makes it very easy by bringing everything to you and picking it up when you’re finished. I personally, needed a minor size adjustment in my ski boots, and they brought another pair the same day I asked about it. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and professional.
