Big Sky Vacation Rentals — Hotel in Big Sky

This was our second time staying at BSVR. Last time we were in a 3 bedroom unit, this time were in Cowboy Suite 7C, a 4 bedroom unit. We were so pleasantly surprised by the kind note and welcome gifts we received for being return guests. Both stays were fantastic overall, although there were several minor issues with this unit. Some of the problems included fireplace venting issues, a toilet not functioning properly (we dealt with those), a Keurig that didn’t work - they immediately brought us a new one, a shower that barely trickled water (a repairman came and promptly fixed that.) Also the dishwasher stopped working the day before our departure. A repairman came and was unable to fix that, but we were leaving the next day so, it wasn’t a huge issue. Another area of trouble was with the heat. The unit should really have separate systems for upstairs and down. The bedrooms (particularly in the upstairs loft bedroom) were quite hot at night, even with the heat turned off.

On the HIGHLY positive side though, there are MANY great things about staying here. The unit is modern and beautifully furnished. We loved the decor and special touches like cozy blankets laying out on furniture. Also really appreciated the great, plentiful bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) that were provided. They also provided plentiful supplies including laundry and dishwasher detergents, dryer sheets, paper towels, fire starter sticks, trash bags, etc. The hot tub was a wonderful treat in the evenings. We cooked many meals in the unit and the kitchen was fairly well stocked (although it could use a little bit of checking as there are quite a few pots without lids, etc.) The views are spectacular in every direction, and we loved the spacious deck. Customer service from management was outstanding, and they were quick and responsive to every request we had. We had a couple of boxes of non-perishable groceries sent to the condo and they delivered them to our unit for us.

7 of us decided to rent a house through BSVR for a week in february in Big sky about a half mile from the main ski village at big sky. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, a garage, driveway big enough for 2 cars maybe 3. The house is as advertised. 2 large bedrooms on upper level with 2 baths. 2 bed rooms on living room level with 1 bath and large living room. 1 bedroom downstairs with multiple beds and a bathroom that can sleep 5 people and a pull out bed on a living room couch. back porch on the basement level has a nice hot tub. one gas fireplace downstairs, one wood burning fireplace upstairs in the main living room. multiple TVs with direct Tv channel lineup. Wifi works well. Kitchen well equipped with all the necessities. the first day i called about the gas fireplace downstairs, the manager came out to see if she could fix it herself since her repair guys were tied up. Thank you Sammie! i don't know if i've ever had a more prompt response from a rental agency. you can ski or board down to a lift without any trouble at all. it's off the White Otter lift/trail. it's easy to get back to at the end of the day also. best bet is riding up the Swift or explorer lift and then funnel down to white otter to get back to the neighborhood. it's just a quick walk to get on or off the trail. I would highly recommend this managment company for a rental if you want a nice place to stay at Big Sky. the downtown area of big sky is about 7 miles away. lots of good...

My family and I have been coming to Big Sky for over 20 years. In 2008 we began construction on our dream home in the best place I have ever been for both winter and summer vacations. In winter the skiing and snow boarding are exceptional with the largest number of trails from beginner level to expert skiers and snowboarders in America. Everyone is evtremely friendly and helpful. When we completed our home we enlisted Big Sky Vacation Rentals as our managing property agent. They are extremely conscientious and the staff is very professional. Upon the arrival of a guest someone from the staff is always at our home to greet them, give them a tour of the home and explain how to operate all equipment. They also provide information on all the activities and dining options that are available to our guests and of course provide them with emergency numbers and their contact number in case something goes wrong at the house. If there is ever any problem they always respond as quickly as possible. They ensure that the house is well cleaned and that everything is in working condition before any guest arrives.
