Montana Hot Spring Spas — Attraction in Billings

We just recently bought a Caldera spa from Montana Hot Spring Spas in Billings. Having never owned a spa/hot tub, we didn't know where to go. Our neighbor told us to see no other than Scott and the folks at Montana Hot Spring Spas. So we did, and we were NOT disappointed! The whole process was excellent. Scott was not the typical salesman, trying to sell you a bunch of hype, trying to sell you what would make HIM the most money instead of selling you what YOU really want. We spent a couple good hours looking and browsing the showroom with Scott and his awesome wife, in awe of how many models and features on the spas. All of the questions they asked us and all of the recommendations they gave us made us feel like they really cared that we got the spa best suited for us. We didn't need the biggest and best and most expensive model. Didn't care about certain features some spas had, but there were a few things we did want. So we went back and forth a thousand times through the showroom looking at each model and what it did or didn't do. Scott really helped us narrow things down to just a couple different models, when we were having trouble deciding he and his wife went over the pros and cons of each model depending on our needs. We ended up choosing the Caldera Salina, and we have been in heaven ever since! It was delivered at the end of June, and we have enjoyed it daily since then. Now, the delivery/set up crew was top notch! We were worried about them getting the spa into the nook in our back porch area where the old spa was, but they took a look and got it wheeled in there in a heartbeat! And hauled off our old junker! (It came with the home we just purchased, but sadly the previous owners winterized it and didn't do it right and the whole thing was a mess! Leaks in every direction) They were an excellent crew, set up didn't take long, and before we knew it they were filling it with water and getting it ready. Super friendly and courteous men, and very knowledgeable. Once the 3 of them had it filling, 2 of them went to work getting the cover installed, and the other gentleman took us aside and gave us a full blown class on how to maintain and use the hot tub, the dos and don'ts, and how to do everything correctly at certain times of the day, week, month, and year. This whole thing took probably 30-45 minutes to give us the tutorial. Then once we had all of that down, he gave us a very detailed sheet of instructions, (and he penciled in a few key tips for us, which has been very helpful) he took us out to the spa and went over everything on the operation of the lights, jets, filters, etc. It was all a lot to take in, so we had our instructions and notes and were told if we had any questions, no matter what, to call and they would help us out. We haven't had to call at all, except needing to order more chemicals, but I am sure that if we did, they would be right there to help. We were very satisfied with the whole thing, start to finish, and would highly recommend Montana Hot Spring Spas to anyone that asked us about our spa! Great bunch of people, excellent customer service, a couple of things that are very hard to find with businesses these days. They have definitely earned a life long customer with us! We have slept better, have less aches and pains, wake up feeling better. It truly is amazing. And there's nothing better than relaxing in the spa, watching the stars with a nice glass of wine in the evenings, and also waking up having that first cup of coffee in the spa, a beautiful cool Wyoming morning, and the amazing orange blossom aromatherapy...it...

We bought a house that had a hot tub and unfortunately they were taking it with them. I contacted the previous owner and she recommended Montana Hot Springs and to ask for Cody or Scott. My husband and I went in “just to look” and our intention was to shop around. We met with Scott and he had nothing but patience for us! We spent a good hour in there learning about tubs and he asked us a ton of questions to really get to know us and our lifestyle to pick the “right” tub! We were so thankful for that because what we thought we wanted was the complete opposite of what we got and are so happy he took the time to educate us. We went home to think about it and we knew right away that we needed this tub! So we went back and bought the tub!! We couldn’t be happier.

My husband commutes all week and I’m solo with kiddos. It is my escape every day and I am refueled in a way I never was before. I tell people it makes me a better mom! It is an essential for me daily! I also found it as a favorite time for my kiddos. It’s fun and calming for them and gives us the best family quality time.

I had a lot of hesitations around a hot tub including taking care of it.. one thing I LOVE about Scott and Cody and their team is they don’t make you feel stupid for not knowing what to do! I can pick up the phone or stop in anytime and I now feel like a know what to do! Or if questions come up they are so supportive. The staff feels like family and I could have asked for a better experience in buying a spa!

I would hands down tell you to go in there- DONT WAIT- and get that spa because it will change your life like it did...

Thanks to Scott, Cody and their many employees for delivering and setting up our new spa. My husband and I are repeat customers and would never purchase from any other place than Hot Spring Spas. Everyone has said that service is a thing of the past, but not at Hot Spring Spas. If you could just watch Scott and Cody’s faces as they are taking you on your journey to purchase a new spa. Both of these men have and show their love of their business and spas. They not only sell a great product, but they you walk you through the process of finding the right spa for your needs, delivering it with the utmost professionalism and care. You receive a complete starter kit with all the things you will need to begin using your spa and all the usage directions are hand written on each product. (thanks Scott) These people are doing what they like best and it shows. We have never had any problems with our first Caldera Spa, and the second Caldera spa is proving to exceed our expectations! We would suggest to anyone who is looking or researching a spa purchase, go to Hot Spring Spas and meet with Cody or Scott before you make a decision to buy. You are not pressured to purchase a spa, but we guarantee that when you leave Hot Spring Spas you will have all the knowledge and information you need to purchase a great spa. Once you purchase a spa from Hot Spring Spas you are family and what a great family they are. Happy Hot...
