Lewie's Appliance Sales & Service — Attraction in Birmingham

Today I had the chance to go to Lewie's new warehouse and I tell ya it was huge! Lots of selections to choose from and the customer service i received from the sales rep Heather was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about all of the appliances even gave me info on a brand I never knew sold those type appliances. I will def be visiting again especially if Heather is there. Overall great customer service! Clean organized warehouse! Boat loads to choose from!

Fast forward.... the dryer only worked for about 5 or 6 months. Don't know what could be the issue but I've never had this type experience with Lewies

UPDATE!!! WHEN I SAY I WASNT LOOKING FOR A RESPONSE.... I GOT ONE! I AM SOOOO EXCITED AND GRATEFUL FOR HEATHER! SHE CONTACTED ME ON TODAY 1/14/2025 WHICH WAS A VERY FAST RESPONSE. SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE COULD SEND OUT THEIR REPAIR CREW TO FIX IT ON SITE! ALOT CHEAPER THAN MAKING A NEW PURCHASE! WHAT A LIFE SAVER!!! I LOVE LEWIES!!! I WILL NOT SHOP ANY OTHER PLACE AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS, THEY HAVE MINE! THANKS...

Went in on a Wednesday morning in hopes of finally getting a washer and dryer set for my townhouse. I was greeted by Stephanie and she was professional and cordial. They have a very wide inventory and I almost immediately found a nice refurbished set within my budget. I was literally in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Paperwork was brief and easy. They even deliver but price varies depending on what part of town you are. They even hooked the machines up so that I can see that they were working properly. Also, once they delivered the machines, they brought them in and set them up with all the cords and hoses! Definitely a plus in my book because I was thinking I was gonna have to buy the hoses on my own. They even haul away old machines if you need them too. Good service and good prices here y’all. Thanks again Stephanie! Very happy with my purchase. This is the best appliance store in the Birmingham area...

I called the main office on Tuesday 7/8/25 and was given Anthony’s name and contact info for a washing machine repair. He came out the same afternoon and quickly diagnosed the issue. He said he’d order parts and call us back today. He called and came out in an hour this morning and installed the parts…..carefully explaining everything he was doing. Unfortunately, the motor was also an issue and he said that would push the cost close to the price of a new washer.

We drove down to your main office and were in and out within 30 minutes with a new washing machine. That’s never happened so quickly before!
