There are several different overlooks that are worth visiting if you enjoy scenic mountain views, especially since theres no tickets to see them. The part I enjoy the most about the Yadkin Valley Overlook specifically is that it's less crowded than some of the other ones. Its a great sight with a few less spaces people can occupy. Just be careful that you dont try to get on the parkway to see these overlooks if theres snow...

My favorite drive is the Blue Ridge Parkway, there isn't a trip that I don't discover something new. The landscape changes as the light changes with the sun or the clouds and the seasons.
