Product is fine, but I've honestly hated my buying experience here every time I get something for my girlfriend.
They offer 10% off upon signing up for text and email codes, but then the code they text you doesn't work. The one they email to you within a day works sometimes but not always.
But that's not really my biggest gripe. I paid $8 for expedited shipping... Expected delivery date is 9 days after it shipped! And I'm also based in Utah, like less than 90 minutes from their facility. So that's definitely not expedited at all. Basically just paid them to pocket my extra money that they were supposed to use for faster shipping.
I know USPS Flat rate priority mail costs $8 and takes 2-3 business days. So they definitely didn't rush ship my order at all. I'll be requesting a charge back soon from my credit card company if I can't get the shipping cost I paid refunded.
Honestly just hate shopping here every time I have to do it.
Edit: I am also going to add this has nothing to do with production time, which was stated up front upon ordering. This is from when it was shipped to eta delivery date.

I hate this company so much I can't even put it into words.
My wife loves their pieces, so I have had the unfortunate experience of multiple orders with them.
First time they asked for a phone number and email for a coupon code, which I provided. I never got a code.
Second time I gave them my email and phone number for order details only and they started bombarding me with marketing texts and emails despite me never consenting to this.
My second order I paid $15 for expedited shipping and the shipping took FIFTEEN DAYS!!! 15 freaking days!!! And that was expedited!!!
Finally, the necklace chain broke and I reached out for a replacement. Not only is the warranty only 6 months for a $80 necklace, but the replacement chain costs $40.
This chain is so thin and cheap I wouldn't be surprised if it came from one if those kids necklace gum ball machine capsules you find at a strip mall.
And here they are, asking me for $40 for it.
Usually when you pay such a high price for such garbage items you at least get good service, but not here.
I hate dealing with this company. Every time I order from them it's an awful experience. Post order support is awful. The quality is awful. The prices are awful.

I decided to give them a try and buy some little hoops. I received them in the mail today and they were adorable. As everyone has warned… yes, they are extremely fragile! I was attempting to put one in after I had successfully put in the other two and the small post in the hoop fell through, essentially breaking it. I was so sad to realize the bad reviews were right, HOWEVER, I was determined to give them another chance. I drove to their little headquarters and was immediately greeted by the sweetest employee who was happy to help me get a new pair. Lucky the jewelry comes with a 6 month warranty. I received a new pair of hoops and I’m obsessed with them! I worry taking them out might break them again, but currently I’m so in love with them I’m not sure I’ll even take them out anytime soon! Upon reaching out to customer service, we were informed that we had missed the shipping window and the only solution offered was to pay an exorbitant expedited fee. It's baffling that a company operating within the same state couldn't manage to drop a package in the mail, which would likely take just a day.
What's even more disheartening is the lack of assistance from the customer service team. Instead of finding a reasonable solution or showing any willingness to help, they seemed content with insisting on an expensive expedited option.
I expected better from Made by Mary, and this experience has left a sour taste.
